Jessica Zuniga is a Training Coordinator at Amy’s Kitchen, a leading producer of organic ready-to-eat meals. As a Training Coordinator, Jessica focuses on multiple aspects of training, which include course development, translation, media editing, managing the learning management system, and supporting the training team with any technical issues that arise.
Engaging in these tasks has provided Jessica with extensive knowledge about Alchemy Systems, the learning management system that her company has been using for the past several years. She has become a subject matter expert with tools such as Alchemy Manager, Creator, Player, and Coach. Jessica has played a vital role in helping support the growth and development of the Training Department. Being an Amy’s employee for 5 years, she knows what training needs are required in a manufacturing environment and what tools will work best for different training scenarios. Her skills and knowledge have helped her team develop new learning plans, track on-the-job training, and develop playlist to facilitate classroom training. Jessica also enjoys offering her team technical support, and sharing her knowledge about programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, Audacity, Alchemy, etc. As part of a food manufacturing company, Jessica is also very passionate about Food Safety & Personal Safety, and she uses her knowledge and skills to find areas of improvement whenever possible.
