Jenny Gregorcyk, Managing Partner, Apron
Jenny leads the Apron team for all of the agency’s food and beverage clients. She brings 15 years of food industry promotion and brand protection experience to the role. Over that time, she has consulted with a wide variety of food clients, including hospitality and quick-service restaurants, wines and spirits makers, and a wide range of agriculture commodities including beef, shrimp, eggs, corn and grapes. She also protects brands as an expert in crisis communications and issues management, particularly in food safety, including risk analysis and crisis communication preparation. She is certified in predictive media training and manages the firm’s 24/7 on-call crisis communication service for several Apron clients.
Cheriene Griffith, Operations Manager, CHEVOO
Cheriene joined the CHEVOO family in 2015 when CHEVOO was being produced by another facility in Southern Oregon. Since then, she led the transition to moving the operation to California, building a facility on time for production demands, starting a new line of products for clients they are now the Co-Packers, certifying the plant in multiple regulatory schemes with high scores as well as achieving SQF Level 3 GFSI certification, and opening a satellite warehouse to keep up with logistical demands. Under her leadership, the operations team grew production revenue output 4X as well as labor force thus supporting the local economy.
Holly Mockus , Senior Product Manager, Alchemy
Holly has over 30 years of experience in the food industry with companies including ConAgra, Kellogg, and Sara Lee. She has held leadership positions in food safety, quality assurance, sanitation, and plant regulatory affairs. She was honored with the 2013 SQF Outstanding Achievement Award and was named 2016 Food Logistics Champion. Holly is passionate about the importance of training in the food industry.
