Are Alchemy Academy Courses All Online?
Yes, Alchemy Academy courses are 100% online so you can learn anytime, anywhere at your own pace. The only course that is not online is the Preventive Controls for Human Food – Classroom Course.
What Are The Technology Requirements For The Course?
Operating System: We recommend Windows7 or above, Mac OSX Sierra or above, iPad iOS10.
Internet Connection: A stable and reliable internet connection is required to access the course content. Use a broadband connection (256 Kbit/sec or faster will ensure you can view videos and online presentations).
Browser: We recommend using Google Chrome 32-bit version 50 or later, Safari 11.0 or later but you may access courses via any modern browser.
Note that add-ons and toolbars can affect your browser’s performance.
How Long Do I Have Access to My Course from Date of Purchase?
You have access to your course for 6 months from the date you begin the course.
How Do I Find My Course?
Once you register for the course, you may access it in your Course Portal under “My Account.”
Why Isn’t My Course Showing Up in My Account?
